We have been carefully crafting wine in small batches in the Dão region for nearly two decades. Continuing the traditions started during our first harvest, we hand pick and hand sort all of our grapes and use the time-honored Portuguese method of lagar fermentation or new advanced tank methods, depending on the variety and characteristics we want to explore and enhance.
We pour this passion for wine-making into every batch we produce. That's why we stamp a number on the front of every bottle.
